Food Friday: Meal Plan & Weigh In Week 13

I have been determined to rectify the damage that I did last week, yes I maintained, but I was lucky. I really did not want to have a gain, so this week I continued meal planning, using my Syn allowance and increased the amount of exercise sessions I attended.


This week I lost 1.5 pounds!


Food Friday and weigh in




My meals I ate during the week are as follows:

Saturday

Breakfast: Syn free oat pancakes
Lunch: BLT (Bread HExB) 
Dinner: Cauliflower pizza (never again!)
Syns: Lighter than light mayo, small Milky Way bar 

Sunday

Breakfast: 3 Syn cooked breakfast and coffee (Semi Skimmed milk – HExA)
Lunch: Ham salad with pickle and lighter than light mayo (1 Syn)
Dinner: Chicken Pasta bake
Syns: Mayo, mozzarella on the pasta bake

Monday

Breakfast: Mushroom and tomato omelette and coffee (Semi skimmed  milk – (HExA)
Lunch: Chicken and bacon salad with pickle
Dinner: Slimming World chips, 2 Quorn sausages and garlic mushroom and kiwi fruit (can't stop eating them. I've had 4!)
Syns: Large caramel Snack A Jack

Tuesday


Breakfast: spinach, tomato and mushroom frittata. Coffee (HExA - Almond milk)
Lunch: Tuna mayo salad, yogurt topped with toasted oats (HExB)
Dinner: Slimming world slow cooker Chinese chicken noodles
Syns: Chocolate Brownies 

 

Wednesday


Breakfast: Weetabix and Almond milk (HExA & HExB)
Lunch: Leftover Slimming world slow cooker Chinese chicken noodles
Dinner: Ham, eggs and sweet potato Slimming World chips
Syns: Used on Ketchup

Thursday


Breakfast: Weetabix and Almond milk (HExA & HExB)
Lunch: Spicy mushroom couscous
Dinner: Cajun SW wedges, smoked salmon and crabstick salad & Raspberry Eaton Mess
Syns: Mayo, G & T (slimline), chocolate and meringue for the Eaton Mess

Friday


Breakfast: Weetabix and Almond milk (HExA & HExB)
Lunch: Smoked salmon salad 
Dinner: 
Syns: Small Milkyway, meringue G&T (slimline)
