I’ve made this Slimming World Chocolate Brownie recipe a few times; it’s my go to recipe when I’m craving something a little naughty.

Slimming World Chocolate Brownies

Ingredients:

  • 6 eggs
  • 60g Coco Powder (Do not use hot chocolate)
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence (it wont make a difference if you don’t have any)
  • 70g granulated sweetener

Method:


  • Separate the egg whites from the yolks and set aside
  • Whisk the egg whites until you have soft peaks, in a separate bowl add the cocoa powder, sweetener and vanilla to egg yolks, stir well. (Add a little water to the mixture if it is dry; you want a smooth mixture.)
  • Fold in the egg whites carefully until fully mixed (using a figure of 8 motion)
  • Pour into a silicone baking case and bake for 25 minutes at 180°

Please check the Syn value of your brand of Coco (I used Bourneville Coco Powder which is 12.5 syns for 60g / 249 calories). All the other ingredients are syn free! Cut my cake into 8 slices, so that makes it a little over 1.5 syns per slice. You could cut smaller slices for less syns.

These are also delicious semi frozen and eaten with fat free Greek yogurt.
